This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on our website are processed and delivered. Please read the information below before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Estimated Transit Time

Once an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the United States is:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual arrival may vary depending on carrier operations and external conditions.

Shipping Rates

  • Order value $0–$50: shipping fee $8
  • Orders above $50: free standard shipping

There are no additional handling fees or hidden charges.

Carriers & Order Tracking

Orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service).

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided:

  • via the shipping confirmation email, and
  • in your customer account, if you created one during checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Restricted Areas

We do not ship to:

  • international destinations outside the United States.

Orders placed with addresses outside our supported shipping area will be canceled and refunded.

Delays & Force Majeure

Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • public holidays,
  • severe weather conditions,
  • carrier disruptions, or
  • supply chain issues.

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email when possible.

If your package is lost or arrives with severe damage, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist with the next steps.

Local Pickup & Alternative Delivery Options

We do not offer in-store pickup, local delivery, or same-day delivery services.
