We accept returns for the following situations:

  • Defective or damaged products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance items or final sale items,
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to Return an Item

To start a return or exchange request, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the return or exchange request.
  3. If the return is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Return Shipping Fees

  • For non-defective items or buyer’s remorse, return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are charged based on the actual shipping cost.
  • For defective or damaged items, return shipping fees will be covered by us after confirmation.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Refund Processing Time & Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (such as PayPal or credit card).
  • No restocking fees are charged.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Exchanges & Special Cases

We support exchanges for eligible items. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If a returned package is lost or severely damaged during return shipping, please contact us with relevant proof (such as carrier tracking or photos). We will review the case and work with you on a reasonable solution.

Partial returns are accepted for orders containing multiple items.
